Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in construction finishing Materials.
• Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
