1. Processing & Manufacturing 

Hotel Amenities Production: 

 Ethiopia’s pioneer full-scale manufacturer of premium hotel amenities, including: 

  •   Personal care products (toiletry soap, dental kits, vanity kits, shaving kits, slippers). 

  •   Housekeeping appliances and heavy-duty industrial detergents. 

Meat Processing: 

 Specialized in beef carcass and offal processing, ensuring high-quality meat and byproducts. 

2. International Trade 

Exports: 

  •   Agricultural commodities: Goat, mutton, beef, oil seeds, grains. 

Imports: 

  •   Construction Materials and Supplies, Heavy-duty construction machinery and trucks. 

  •   Agricultural tools, water pumps, and energy solutions. 

We are hiring an energetic and articulate Sales Person with 1 year of relevant experience to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and contribute to team targets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer-focused, and a strong team player. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement. 

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. 

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align strategies. 

  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. 

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

  • Education: Diploma (COC Certified) or BA degree in Salesmanship, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. 

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or customer-facing roles. 

  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, teamwork, and a results-driven attitude. 

  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, articulate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Familiarity with CRM software. 

  • Experience in merchandize distribution preferably for industrial customers.
