Identify and engage potential customers via cold calls, networking, referrals, or market research. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations or presentations that highlight benefits and align with customer needs, managing objections effectively
Establish and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Negotiate terms, draft agreements or quotes, and successfully close sales while ensuring alignment with company policies.
Log customer interactions, deal statuses, and sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on performance and forecasts.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Relay market insights and customer feedback to the business to influence strategy
Work with teams such as Marketing, Product, or Customer Support to deliver seamless customer experiences
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Manufacturing industry and key account customer
