Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers via cold calls, networking, referrals, or market research. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations or presentations that highlight benefits and align with customer needs, managing objections effectively

  • Establish and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.

  • Negotiate terms, draft agreements or quotes, and successfully close sales while ensuring alignment with company policies.

  • Log customer interactions, deal statuses, and sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on performance and forecasts.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Relay market insights and customer feedback to the business to influence strategy

  • Work with teams such as Marketing, Product, or Customer Support to deliver seamless customer experiences

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Manufacturing industry and key account customer
