Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Thus, Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc would like to hire qualified 

& energetic applicant for the following vacant post

Sales person

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities 

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Generate and analyze sales reports to inform strategic decision-making.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

• Track and process customer orders efficiently from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and order accuracy.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit relevant data for analysis and forecasting.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, Follow up with customers for repeat business and feedback.

• Any additional assignment assigned by your manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.

• Two (3) years relevant experience for degree or one (1) years masters degree 1 year.

• Sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing
