The role involves identifying and approaching potential clients, promoting insurance and training services, and ensuring consistent follow-up and communication. Ideal candidates will have a background in marketing or business, 1–2 years of experience in service sales, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Gross Salary: 16,000 ETB

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, introducing them to the company’s insurance and training services. 

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and physical meetings. 

• Maintain and update customer contact lists and track engagement. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.

• Ensure a continuous pipeline of prospects to meet sales goals. 

• Respond to inquiries and explain service offerings clearly and professionally

Job Requirements: 

• BA degree in Marketing or Business Management from a recognized university. 

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a service sales environment (Mandatory). 

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written). 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT applications. 

• Professional demeanor, responsible, and client-service oriented
