REALITY REAL ESTATE is  a leading real estate developer in Ethiopia specializing in high-quality residential apartments to meet urban living demands. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in real estate sales.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generates leads through networking, marketing, and own efforts;

  • Identifies customer needs, preferences, and financial concerns;

  • Conducts successful office consultation and site visits;

  • Generates leads and builds relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers;

  • Identifies prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business;

  • Meets sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers;

  • Negotiates , close deals and meeting or exceeding sales goals;

  • Identifies prospective customers, lead generation and conversion;

  • Contacts new and existing customers to discuss needs;

  • Maintains contact lists and follows up with customers to continue relationships

  • Works with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld;

  • Meets or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets;

  • Performs similar activities as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years proven record of successful sales experience in Real Estate Sector

Competencies:

  • Proven experience as salesperson& have product knowledge in real estate companies

    • Reliable and self-motivate with passion

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Excellent customer handling ability & high negotiation skills
