Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a field-based role that involves engaging directly with businesses in assigned areas, presenting our services, and closing sales. The position offers strong earning potential for candidates who are proactive, disciplined, and performance-oriented.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories (e.g., Bole Road, Stadium, etc.)

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with businesses to present company services

  • will be meeting company HR heads and decision makers and proper corporates and organizations

  • Generate leads and provide Presentation

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and client needs

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • English communication skills (mandatory)

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

  • Ability to work independently in assigned geographic areas

  • Basic reporting and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


Working Conditions

  • Field-based (outdoor sales role)

  • Assigned to specific business areas

  • Requires frequent in-person client visits


Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission-based payment: ETB 100 – 250 per Presentation to Decision Makers

  • High-performing representatives can earn up to ETB 50,000 per month
