About the Position

Safe Transport Services S.C. is looking for 3 motivated and customer-oriented female Sales Representatives to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting Safe Transport's driver package service, creating awareness among new drivers, registering drivers, selling packages, developing strong relationships with drivers, and identifying new potential clients.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Economics, Administration, Entrepreneurship, or with related field of study

Experience:

• 0-1 year

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

Quantity Required: 3

Gender: Female

Salary: ETB 6,000 monthly base salary + sales/performance commission

Duties and Responsibilities

• Approach and communicate with new and existing drivers.

• Introduce and explain Safe Transport's services and driver packages.

• Convince and assist drivers to purchase suitable packages before starting their trips.

• Register new drivers through the Safe Transport driver application.

• Identify and approach potential drivers and new clients.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers.

• Follow up with drivers and potential customers to increase package sales.

• Place vehicle stickers as required. 9. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of driver registrations and package sales.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and challenges.

• Represent the company professionally when communicating with customers.

• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven. Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work in the field.

• Ability to communicate effectively with different types of customers.

• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
