We’re looking for a results-oriented Medical Sales to join our team. You’ll represent our medical device portfolio to hospitals, clinics, labs, and health facilities. You’ll explain product value, support technical demos, and build lasting customer relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare facilities.

• Organize product demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Provide after-sales support and training to users.

• Prepare sales reports and track performance KPIs.

• Coordinate with service and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends.

• Provide product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and competitive advantage

• Work closely with the other team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target customers.

• Provide feedback from clients to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings

• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical features clearly

• Familiar with Microsoft Excels

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory Technicians, Pharmacy or related field.

• 0-3 years’ experience in medical device sales or Related sales.

• Willingness to travel within Ethiopia.
