Our Company SBG industry PLC seeks to hire competent, experienced & aspiring applicants to fill the Sales Supervisor vacant position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate leads and drives sales
Gather and report the agents status on sales volume and distribution a weekly base.
Maintain and develop relationship with the potential clients with the aim of making more sales
Processing and batching of distributors order to the company
Undertake marketing campaign with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing product sales
Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow-up orders and distribution.
Anticipate the client need and provide appropriate solution to meet those needs
Effectively Participate in events in promoting our products
Following up and recording of daily sales of domestic and Addis Ababa Agents.
Perform other related duties as may be required by immediate boss

Required Education and Experience
BA Degree in Marketing/Business Management /Economics or equivalent & 4 years related experience
