On behalf of our client, Kamur, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to fill the position of Sales Supervisor.

Kamur is also an authorized dealer of Jotun decorative paints and the exclusive distributor of Jotun protective paints, including specialized epoxy flooring solutions.

Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day sales and operational activities of the company’s branches while also supporting and coordinating project sales activities. The role requires strong leadership, branch management, and customer relationship management skills to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the sales activities of the company’s branches
• Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Support and follow up on project sales activities and key customer accounts
• Ensure excellent customer service and showroom presentation standards
• Coach, supervise, and motivate branch sales teams
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and operational procedures
• Coordinate promotional activities and support marketing initiatives

Qualification Requirements
• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Experience in retail management, finishing materials, home décor, paint, construction materials, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling abilities
• Strong reporting and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
