Akoya Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our real estate sales team. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, guide and motivate the sales team, and ensure that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

  • Assist in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management

  • Prepare sales reports and analytics for senior management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and client follow-up

  • Coordinate with marketing and management to promote property listings effectively

  • Resolve client issues and complaints professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of team activities and sales performance

Job Requirement:

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sector

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, and real estate market trends

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Experience in client relationship management and end-to-end sales processes

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software
