We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, proven leadership skills, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the sales team to meet company goals.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships.

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to sales staff.

  • Collaborate with management to achieve business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required)

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related software.
