Key Purpose Statement:
To oversee daily operations, ensure team productivity, maintain service standards, and drive performance excellence aligned with Temer Properties’ operational objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure targets are achieved.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Prepare performance reports and operational updates for management.
Resolve escalated issues and maintain high service quality standards.
Salary: Attractive with Commission
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same supervisory position.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines.
