Key Purpose Statement:
To oversee daily operations, ensure team productivity, maintain service standards, and drive performance excellence aligned with Temer Properties’ operational objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure targets are achieved.

  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

  • Prepare performance reports and operational updates for management.

  • Resolve escalated issues and maintain high service quality standards.

Salary: Attractive with Commission 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same supervisory position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines.
