Role: Supervise the daily sales operations and field sales team to achieve distribution, coverage, and revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign daily routes/territories for sales and delivery.

• Ensure achievement of daily/weekly sales and distribution targets.

• Monitor stock levels at distributors and key outlets, preventing stockouts.

• Execute in-store merchandising and promotional activities at the point of sale.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor activity reports from the field.

• Ensure compliance with sales policies, delivery protocols, and vehicle maintenance.

• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and collection summaries.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BA, MBA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 3+ years in field sales supervision, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or distribution.

• Experience managing a direct sales/driver sales team.

• Strong knowledge of route planning and territory management.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

• Valid driver's license (often required).
