Sales System Coordinator

Sales System Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the company's sales systems and applications. They serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure the seamless operation of the sales software and related tools, support the Sales team in optimizing their reach. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily Sales Buzz Support:

  • Monitor the sales buzz back-office to identify and resolve technical issues or errors

  • Troubleshoot and address any problems that may impact the performance or functionality of the sales systems

Daily Sales Buzz Reporting:

  • Compile and send daily sales reports (DSR/SE) to the ASMs

  • Cross checking actual sales with Sales-buzz sales

  • Compile Sales-buzz report / sales cross-checking insight to Sales system Supervisor.

Technical Support:

  • Provide lead support to the sales team when they encounter technical difficulties with the sales systems

  • Communicate with the sales team to understand their performance and provide guidance as needed

Sales Monitoring and Outreach:

  • Communicate with the sales team regarding their performance

  • Identify and share the list of outlets that have not been visited in the past month & enabling the sales team to reach out to them.

PDA Tracking and Contract Documentation:

  • Track the status of devices used for the sales system and follow up on device replacement requests

  • Maintain and document all PDA contracts with distributors and ASM

  • Ensure the availability of all necessary materials for system deployment

Job Requirements

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in the company's sales systems and applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders

  • Experience in delivering user training programs and creating technical documentation

  • Knowledge of data management principles, report generation, and dashboard creation.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and change management best practices.

  • Proficient in MS office word, PPT, Excel

Academic Qualification

  • BA Degree in Information System or in any other IT related fields

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
