Sales System Specialist is responsible to implement a Sales force Automation System to drive execution. Grow volume and gain a deeper understanding of market dynamics, our customers, and the performance of our sales force.
Sales System Specialist play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by providing operational support and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. They are responsible for managing various sales related Task, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Sales System Specialist serve as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination to ensure successful sales outcomes.
The role also has a physical effort requiring travelling occasionally within the city and in some cases regionally to meet with sales teams and other sales managers for execution follow up and training. There is also a need for a Mental Effort of being proactive in any situation with frequent concentration to attract for details and data synthesis to craft valuable insights.
Provide technical guidance in the process development projects and support end users for the assigned regions.
Coordinate with user to develop system requirements if the application needs enhancement or new requirement is needed as per the business needed.
Updating outlet information in close contact with the sales force before the sales contact enter the system. And update new and exit outlet. And ensure accurate and up to date information.
Prepare a development plan for the project. Provide functional expertise to the project, Identify, and document the functional expertise
Monitor and maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and implementing data quality standards.
Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and workflows based on data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Provide training and support to the sales team on Sales System features, techniques, and way of working.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the sales system. Identify opportunities to optimize sales system processes and workflows to improve sales efficiency.
Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to sales department, and providing sales data and guides to sales department.
Bachelors degree preferably in Accounting and Finance/ Management/Marketing Management/Business Administration or related fields
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG preferably to have 1-year experience of application development.
Fluency in Microsoft package
Ground knowledge of sales operations
Experience with Sales force automation is an asset.
Field experience in sales will be an added advantage.
