About the Job - Description: The Sales Training Coordinator is responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential. You will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and use of our CRM system. Your role will involve onboarding new sales hires and providing continuous coaching and development for the existing team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to consistently achieve their targets. You will be a key player in building a high-performing sales culture.

Job Requirements

• Requirement/Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Year of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a training, coaching, or team lead capacity.

• Special Skill: Deep understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills. Ability to develop engaging training materials and curriculum.
