Job Summary

We are looking for a female staff member to join our dress rental shop specializing in Bridesmaid & Occasion Dresses.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Completion of grade 12 or higher.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience

• Previous experience working in a dress/fashion shop or retail shop

• Experience in fashion/dress rental is an advantage

• Experience creating and managing content on TikTok

Quantity Required: 1

Location: 22

Salary: ETB 5,000 + Commission

Working Hours: Morning 3:30 AM – Night 1:00 pm local time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and renting dresses

• Manage daily shop activities and customer service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Organize and display dresses attractively in the shop.

• Follow up on customer reservations, pickups, and returns of dresses.

• Take and post photos/videos of dresses

• Create TikTok and social media content

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages

• Help promote the shop and increase rentals

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Knowledge of social media management

• Creative and confident when presenting dresses and products on social media

• Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly
