The Opportunity

We use a Performance-First model. You start with a commission structure, where commission is paid per successful school onboarding. Top-performing agents can transition to a fixed salary position within a short evaluation period.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field of study

Experience:

  • 0 year

  • Previous sales experience is a plus

Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visit schools and present Askuala Link solutions

  • Conduct product demonstrations for school administrators

  • Follow up with leads and close agreements

  • Submit daily/weekly activity reports

  • Collect photo/video proof of completed visits and meetings

  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending opportunities

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Represent the company professionally during field visits

Skills & Competencies

  • The “Closer” Mentality :- You don't just talk to schools; you get agreements signed

  • Tech Savvy :- You can comfortably demonstrate a digital platform to school directors

  • Reliability :- You are organized enough to provide photo/video proof of every milestone achieved

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable traveling within schools

  • Basic smartphone and internet skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
