Fremnatos Trading PLC is a local trading company specializing in the import and wholesale of medical instruments, in vitro testing, orthopedic consumables and pharmaceuticals.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• 0-1 year

• Broad personal relationship or background in sales.

• Experience in government tenders and hospital procurement project information are given preferential recruitment

Quantity Required: 2

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary and Benefits:

• Base salary + percentage (no ceiling) + car subsidies + travel expense reimbursement

Employment Type: Contract with a probation period of 1 to 3 months, depending on individual performance and ability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential customers such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and medical distributors.

• Develop and implement an individual sales plan to achieve assigned targets.

• Assist in generating new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries to ensure smooth sales processing.

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Collect and report market information, including competitor activities and customer feedback.

• Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, orders, and client records.

• Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in medical sales.

Skills & Competencies

• Good interpersonal skills and strong persuasion negotiating ability, and promptly return customers' needs to the company.

• Has excellent ability to speak, listen, read and write in English and is skilled in the use of office software.

• Honest, committed and aggressive.

• Accept business assignments, has strong learning ability and teamwork spirit.
