The School Bus Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and safe operation of the school’s student transportation system. This includes direct oversight of bus drivers, routing and scheduling, vehicle maintenance, vendor management, parent communication, and strict adherence to all local and international safety protocols. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized, and compassionate leader who prioritizes student safety above all else.
BSC degree in management, logistics, or transportation, and Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Valid professional driver’s license is a significant asset.
Proven knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety inspection protocols.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Good in spoken English
Experience working in a school or childcare environment.
Reports to: Head of School
