As a Scrum Master at Ashewa Technologies, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile methodologies and ensuring efficient project delivery. This full-time, on-site role based in Addis Ababa requires mentoring teams, organizing and leading sprint planning meetings, facilitating removal of blockers, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and ensure that Agile principles are followed to meet business goals effectively.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Sprint Planning and User Stories development, with an understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify obstacles, propose solutions, and streamline workflows.

• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate team discussions and ensure clear understanding across all stakeholders.

• Background in Software Development or familiarity with development processes to effectively guide the team.

• Experience with team leadership and the ability to drive collaboration among cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management tools and practices is a plus.

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is an advantage.
