Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or with related field of study from a recognized institute
Experience:
6/8 years of work experience out of which four years as a secretary, 2 years as a senior secretary, and 2 years in office admin.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in related areas in World Bank and/or Development Partner- funded projects is required.
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and advanced;
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and documenting incoming and outgoing letters and other information, handling messages coming through telephone calls, postal messages, FAX, or electronic means, and forwarding the message on time to the Project coordinator for approval and forwarding it to other concerned experts.
Carry out secretarial service that includes drafting letters, proofreading, scanning & duplicating, and copying for workshops & meetings and using appropriate application software;
Establish and maintain a proper filing and documentation system; Maintain a logbook for incoming and outgoing courier documents, check the details, and forward and submit at the same time to the concerned.
Provide information to Federal & Regional Bureaus and other agencies related to the Project;
Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, video/audio conferences, and schedule appointments with the Government & World Bank Office; arrange meeting venues, refreshments & accommodations; and maintain updated addresses (email, phone numbers) and lists of PIU staff, Implementing Partners and other stakeholders.
Reserve hotel & flight for staff and others concerned;
Make travel arrangements with the transport office for external meetings, workshops & field trips;
Performs other duties
As may be assigned by the Project Coordinator.
