Secretaries and office assistants perform essential administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks to keep offices running efficiently. Key duties include managing communication (phones, email), scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, handling mail, managing office supplies, preparing minutes, preparing contract agreements, and welcoming visitors. They ensure smooth daily operations through document preparation and data entry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication & Reception: Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls; greet clients and visitors; handle correspondence.
Manage calendars, arrange meetings, book conference rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare memos, reports, and presentations; maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems; perform data entry.
Order and inventory office supplies; operate office machinery (copiers, printers); perform light bookkeeping or invoice processing.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in secretarial science and office management or in a related field of study
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in secretary and office management in private business
Skills and Abilities:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Others
Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail for filing, data entry, and proofreading.
Supervising office supplies and potentially inventory for organization
Filing and upkeep of the filing system.
Backup for other tasks as needed.
