Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, mail, and packages.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and record-keeping.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory for the reception area.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial & Office Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
Experience: 3 years
