Secretary’s duties and responsibilities primarily involve providing administrative support, which includes managing communications (phones, emails, correspondence), organizing meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes), and maintaining records (filing, databases, office supplies) to ensure the smooth operation of an office or organization. They also often serve as a front-facing representative, greeting visitors and clients while performing general office tasks like making travel arrangements and handling document

Job Requirements
Qualification
10+3 or Deploma in sectorial scince Management, or related fields
EXPERIENCE:
2 and above years of relevant experience.
Integrated knowledge and understanding of support services concepts, practices, systems, and procedures;
Ability to interact and deal with people;
Basic computer skills; Basic Computer
Good written and oral communication skills. Afan Oromo ands Amaharic reading writing and speaking is a plus.
