Quantity Required: 3
Managing phone lines, directing inquiries, screening calls, and ensuring prompt follow-up to maintain professional communication.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments to support time management and coordination for executives and teams.
Typing, preparing, and collating reports and documents to assist in decision-making processes.
Organizing and maintaining filing systems for physical and digital records to ensure quick access and compliance with information policies.
Handling correspondence, including drafting, receiving, and distributing emails, letters, and memos.
Coordinating office supplies and inventory, liaising with vendors for procurement and maintenance.
Overseeing facility management tasks such as service requests, maintenance coordination, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment.
Education: BA/diploma in secretary science and office management
Experience: 1-3 years
