Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing phone lines, directing inquiries, screening calls, and ensuring prompt follow-up to maintain professional communication.

  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments to support time management and coordination for executives and teams.

  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports and documents to assist in decision-making processes.

  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems for physical and digital records to ensure quick access and compliance with information policies.

  • Handling correspondence, including drafting, receiving, and distributing emails, letters, and memos.

  • Coordinating office supplies and inventory, liaising with vendors for procurement and maintenance.

  • Overseeing facility management tasks such as service requests, maintenance coordination, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BA/diploma in secretary science and office management

  • Experience: 1-3 years
