• Lead daily operations for assigned road section, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Monitor progress against schedule and proactively address delays or resource bottlenecks.

• Enforce quality control standards and conduct inspections in collaboration with QA/QC teams.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

• Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

• Manage labor, equipment, and material allocation for optimal productivity.

• Track section-level expenditures and support cost-saving initiatives.

• Validate subcontractor invoices and material requisitions.
