The Security Supervisor at Gift Real Estate PLC plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the office environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for the office.

  • Supervise security personnel, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.

  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

  • Manage incident response procedures, including investigation and reporting of security breaches.

  • Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices and emergency response.

  • Facilitate security awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of safety.

  • Monitor security systems and technology to ensure operational effectiveness.

  • Prepare and present security reports to management, highlighting key issues and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with other departments to align security initiatives with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Diploma (10+2) in management, Business Administration or Grade 12 completed with minimum 5–8 years of relevant security experience. at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role preferred

Desired Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills

  • Good communication and reporting ability

  • Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response

  • Ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally

  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, reporting)

  • Knowledge of fire safety and occupational safety procedures

  • High level of integrity and discipline
