Job title: Senior Accountant

Salary: Net – 30,000.00(thirty thousand birr)

Description:

• Responsibilities include recording sales in Peachtree accounting and declaring sales to MOR after reconciling the transactions with warehouse.

• Reconciling bank deposits account balances and bank statements,

• Prepares input costing that are to be used for stock and cost of sales recordings.

• Follow-up any price changes with regard company’s sales of products.

• Combines analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

• Ensures accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.

• Takes ownership of reporting from cost productivity margins all the way down to expenditures. 

Job Requirements

Qualification: Bsc in Accounting and Finance

Experience: 5 years and above

Required quantity: 4

Sex: Male/Female

Skill/Training:

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures

• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) & IFRS

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Peachtree

• MS Excel skills
