It incorporates Four legal business entities namely; Tadesse Desta Import /Export, Aztad Industrial and Trading PLC , Azeb Tadesse Coffee supplier and TADAB Building material & Trading plc. Under its umbrella. It engages in import/export, Labeling, printing & Packaging, transport and manufacturing business.

Currently, Tadesse Desta Business Group has a diversified business activity among which is in the original endeavor of the coffee processing and export, with export destination of  USA, Middle East , Europe, South Korea and China; TDBG has diversified on the supply chain with Coffee roasting to Buku Highland coffee production. In addition, TDBG is in the development stage of a Labeling, printing packaging which has commissio ned lately.

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a BA or MBA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field. Additional certification or training in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or related areas is considered an added advantage. The candidate should have 4 years of relevant professional experience for MBA holders or 6 years for BA holders. Strong accounting, financial reporting, analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also required.
