Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role

Job Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel in particular)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, post, and review daily journal entries and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments

• Support budget preparation and variance analysis, highlighting operational inefficiencies

• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements

• Manage and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training

• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting
