Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop tax planning strategies, compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Submit monthly tax reports to the tax bureau in accordance with tax regulations

• Audit financial information, verify accounts, reconcile accounts payable/receivable, and manage financial statements and cash flow

• Liaise with auditors, analyze financial reports, track payments, and produce error-free accounting reports for stakeholders

• Ensure accurate payroll, maintain the company's financial records, prepare detailed financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and analyze property-related transactions

• Advise senior team regarding current financial trends

• Train Junior finance staff

• Carry out tasks assigned by the finance manager and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Accounting or Finance

• Proven 6+ years experience in accounting

• Work experience in a real estate sector
