Position:
Organization: Dema Hope Trading PLC
Develop tax planning strategies, compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Submit monthly tax reports to the tax bureau in accordance with tax regulations
Audit financial information, verify accounts, reconcile accounts payable/receivable, and manage financial statements and cash flow
Liaise with auditors, analyze financial reports, track payments, and produce error-free accounting reports for stakeholders
Ensure accurate payroll, maintain the company's financial records, prepare detailed financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and analyze property-related transactions
Advise senior team regarding current financial trends
Train Junior finance staff
Carry out tasks assigned by the finance manager and stakeholders
Bachelor's / Masters degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven 6+ years experience in accounting
Work experience in a real estate sector
