Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s overall accounting functions, including general ledger management, fee collections, accounts reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting. The role ensures accurate and timely recording of transactions, proper collection of school and health service fees, compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, and safeguarding of company assets. By maintaining reliable financial records and supporting audits, the position contributes to sound financial decision-making and the company’s sustainable growth.
Required Qualification
MA/BA: Accounting and Finance, Public Finance Management or related fields
Experience: 4/6 years relevant experience
Place of work: Share company head office/Addis Ababa
Salary: Attractive and Negotiable

Job Requirements This role requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Public Finance Management, or a related field. The successful candidate should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience with a Master's degree or six years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree. Proven ability to manage financial operations, prepare and analyze financial reports, ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations, and support effective budgeting and public financial management processes is essential.
