Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Gelan/Akaki

As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee and manage financial processes, reporting, and compliance, particularly with respect to donor funding and NGO regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of BA degree in Accounting /Accounting and Finance

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles

• NGO/CSO sector experience in Ethiopia strongly preferred

Must demonstrate:

• Comprehensive understanding of financial procedures specific to NGOs/CSOs

• Proven ability to manage accounting systems and donor reporting.

• Experience with fund accounting and compliance requirements of the Ethiopian government
