Senior Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.

• Handle fuel, maintenance, and trip expense financial documentation.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

• Follow up receivables and payables.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, Withholding, and Income Tax).

• Maintain proper documentation of financial records for transport operations.

• Support external and internal audits.

• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the finance manager.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Minimum Years Of Experience: #3_years

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Peachtree software.

• Good understanding of transport cost analysis (fuel, maintenance, trip sheet).

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
