A Senior Auto Electrician is responsible for overseeing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical systems and components in vehicles, including light and heavy vehicles. This role often involves troubleshooting electrical problems, reading and interpreting technical manuals and wiring diagrams, and ensuring all electrical functions in vehicles are fully operational before release.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform auto electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for various vehicles and heavy equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems such as wiring, control panels, hydraulic control valves, pumps, and electronic components.

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and auto electric control circuit diagrams.

• Use electronic diagnostic tools or computers to reset vehicle specifications and resolve error codes.

• Communicate with customers onsite, prepare inspection and electrical test reports, and recommend required spare parts.

• Supervise and train junior auto electricians on electronic systems and software of newer vehicle models.

• Coordinate with supervisors for requisition and stocking of spare parts.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BSc Degree or Diploma in Electricity or in a related field of study

• Experience: 4/8years Relevant work experience
