Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Benefits and Compensation Specialist to manage employee compensation, benefits administration, salary structures, and related HR activities, ensuring internal equity and compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain salary structures and compensation policies.

• Manage employee benefits programs, allowances, bonuses, and incentives.

• Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.

• Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to management.

• Support annual salary reviews, performance-based rewards, and salary adjustments.

• Ensure accurate payroll-related compensation and benefits information.

• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and applicable regulations.

• Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee compensation records.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation-related matters.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management.

• Strong knowledge of salary structures, benefits administration, and compensation practices.

• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and payroll-related regulations.

• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR information systems.

• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
