Job Summary
Under the direction of the Brand & Digital Experience Division Manager, the position is responsible for translating the Bank’s brand and digital experience strategy into actionable plans and leading their execution. It oversees brand roll-out initiatives, digital marketing activities, and social media engagement, ensures adherence to brand guidelines, and monitors brand performance and sentiment. The role supervises officers, coordinates cross-functional implementation, and supports continuous improvement of brand impact and customer engagement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing /Marketing Management/ Business Management/ Management/ or related fields.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 2 years in officer position.
