The Senior Card Payment Switch Officer is responsible for participating in team leadership activities and providing oversight and strategic direction for payment operations. The officer oversees product implementation projects, guides and provides feedback to Officers I, II, and III, and resolves complex issues. Coordination with other departments and stakeholders, evaluating performance and quality, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures are key responsibilities. The role also participates in major projects for system upgrades, card integration, and POS enhancements.

Job Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies

• 6/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in office professional positions
