Senior Onboarding Officer assigned and permanently discharging the activities under the supervision of the Client relationship Management Division are presented considering several communication channels to reach Clients and various stakeholders of the company. As a Senior Client Relationship and Onboarding Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth onboarding processes, understanding client needs, and driving overall satisfaction, you will work directly with clients to meet their needs, answer their questions, and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic. As a result, major duties and responsibilities are discussed as follows.

Job Requirements

• BSC/BA/MA/MBA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems or related fields of studies

• 5/3 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
