As the Group continues to grow, we are strengthening our corporate communication function to support leadership alignment, brand credibility, and long-term strategic objectives.

We are seeking a Senior Communication Strategist to lead the Group’s internal and external communication agenda at a strategic level. This role will be responsible for setting communication direction, advising senior leadership, and ensuring that all messaging reflects the Group’s vision, values, and business priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and lead Dina Investment Group’s overall communication strategy

• Act as a strategic communication advisor to senior management and leadership

• Oversee corporate messaging, positioning, and narrative development

• Lead communication planning for major announcements, initiatives, and corporate milestones

• Ensure alignment between business strategy and communication outputs

• Establish communication standards, guidelines, and approval processes across the Group

• Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, HR, and executive teams

• Identify communication risks and proactively manage reputational considerations

• Evaluate communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or strategic communications

• Strong experience working directly with senior leadership and executive teams

• Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills

• Proven ability to lead communication strategy in complex, multi-business organizations

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or investment group environments is a strong advantage

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and strategic judgment
