The jobholder is responsible for Conventional Banking products planning and execution, prioritizing product and customer requirements, work closely with various departments to ensure products meet customer satisfaction goals. Assist with ensuring product supports the Bank’s overall strategy and goals’/he continually collect and analyze relevant market and competitor information and identify threats and opportunities.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business or equivalent fields plus a minimum of six (6) years’ related experience.

• Place of work; Addis Ababa (V. No HO/02185/25)

• Term of Employment :Permanent

• Salary & Benefits :As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
