Job Summary

Responsibilities

• produce daily production and variance report.

• review and analyze standard & actual costs for variance.

• study & collect data to determine cost of business activities such as raw materials, purchases, inventories and labor.

• Analyze data from sensory evaluations and consumer feedback to refine product formulations.

• responsible to account reconciliation of physical inventories and cycle count.

• assists in month end and year end closing by analyzing inventory & preparing supplemental reports as needed.

• work on special project as required

Job Requirement

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar.

• Experience:

  • 5+ year of experience in manufacturing

  • cost accounting experience is preferred.

Skills Required

• proficiency in excel

• solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory, and cost accounting

• understanding of GAAP-IFRS as it applies for manufacturing environment is required

• strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills

• extraordinary interpersonal skills to work in conjunction with other departments

• must be a team player who also works well independently
