Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the cost accounting function, including product costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.

• Review and analyze inventory, production costs, and prices to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Assist in preparing and analyzing capital expenditure requests and budget forecasts.

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate costing and budgeting.

• Conduct detailed cost analysis, including labor, materials, overhead rates, and production routings.

• Collaborate with finance and budget teams to prepare annual budgets and financial plans.

• Monitor spending against budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

• Collect, analyze, evaluate, and present financial data related to costs and budgets to management.

Job Requirement

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 6 years, out of which 3 years in same position
