Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead cost analysis for manufacturing and operational activities. 

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. 

• Monitor budget utilization and advise management on cost optimization. 

• Develop costing models for products, and departments. 

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance teams for accurate cost data. 

• Prepare periodic management reports on cost and budget performance. 

• Support internal and external audit requirements related to costing and budgeting.

Job Requirements

• BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or management reporting (manufacturing sector experience is an added advantage). 

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. 

• Good understanding of IFRS and cost accounting principles. 

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
