Unity Microfinance Institution invites qualified, competent, and interested candidates to apply for the following vacant positions. The Institution is seeking motivated professionals who meet the stated qualifications and experience requirements. Successful candidates will be employed on a full-time basis in accordance with the Institution’s employment policies and procedures.

Position: Senior Credit Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
. Salary:  Based on the company’s salary scale and applicable employment policy.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  
  Minimum Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit, portfolio management, banking, or microfinance, with at least 2 years in a credit officer , portfolio, or supervisory role.
