• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking industry of which 2 years as Customer Service Officer II or related Position.

• Location: Shire

The Senior Customer Service Officer

• Provides front office customer service support at the Branch

•  Handles account management transactions

• Respond to customer enquiries

• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
