Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Maintain office correspondence, emails, and documentation
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Support administrative and HR-related tasks when required
